I/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Sales Team
• Support sales team on products, and sales consulting process.
• Analyze training needs and develop training programs for the Sales team.
• Participate in and support the implementation of Sales programs and activities.
• Development of new training materials and training assessment tools.
• Demo, internal training, and improve faculty capacity in the department.
• Participate in training projects & other jobs 
• Ensure compliance standards and service quality for customers.

II/ REQUIREMENTS

• Have experience in a similar position, or have at least 2 years of experience in Senior sales IT in the global market.
• Prior work experience in E-commerce/ Technical is preferred.
• Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to design and develop training programs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing and conflicting deadlines.
