II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Sales Team
- Develop a business plan aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
- Analyze business data, forecast market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Recruit, train, and assess the sales team.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve team performance.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- Have 02 years experience in a similar position, or have at least 03 years of experience in Senior sales IT in the global market.
- Prior work experience in IT/ Technical in the global market is preferred
- Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to design and develop training programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing and conflicting deadlines
