II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, with a strong focus on technical SEO (crawlability, indexability, URL structure, site performance) and off-page/Digital PR (high-quality backlinks, E-E-A-T-driven authority building rather than quantity-based link building);
• Oversee on-page optimization and Schema Markup (JSON-LD) to ensure consistency with the overall strategy;
• Optimize visibility across AI Search platforms and AI Overviews (Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI snippets, etc.) to increase citations and source references;
• Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals; track rankings, traffic, and competitor movements on a weekly/monthly basis;
• Analyze cross-channel data (SEO + Ads) using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Ahrefs/SEMrush;
• Proficiently use SEO tools, particularly Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Webmaster Tools, GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.;
• Manage and optimize WordPress websites; support implementation tasks using basic HTML/CSS and tracking scripts when needed;
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and AEO/GEO trends to proactively adapt to the latest changes;
• Be able to set up, run, and optimize ad campaigns as needed by the project (basic level).

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an SEO role;
• Strong, demonstrated expertise in technical SEO and off-page/link building; solid understanding of international SEO markets (US, UK, EU, AU);
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4;
• Hands-on experience running ads (Google Ads/Meta Ads or equivalent), from setup to optimization and performance reporting, is preferred;
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to closely monitor performance metrics to optimize SEO strategy in a timely manner;
• Proactive with a high sense of ownership, comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel (SEO + Ads + Data).
• English proficiency is a plus;
