II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and Propose Product Development Ideas: Gather and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights; propose product ideas, develop prototypes, evaluate feasibility, and recommend solutions to enhance and optimize the product. 
• Coordinate Product Implementation: Collaborate with the Technical team and cross-functional departments to plan, execute, monitor development progress, and ensure Sprint objectives are met on time and to a high standard. 
• Testing and Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation (e.g., product specifications, user guides) and work closely with the Testing team to test, validate, and ensure product quality before release. 
• Daily Reporting to Management: Report work progress, results, and any issues to the direct manager on time, while proposing solutions when necessary. 
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Product Director.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with a basic understanding of Information Technology. 
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role at a software company (experience in the eCommerce domain is preferred). 
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools
• Good Communication, Analytical, Problem-solving, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills.
