Working time: From Monday to Saturday Morning
Working location: 10th Lilama Office Building, no.56 To Huu Street, Trung Van ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
– Efficiently handling and resolving customer issues and inquiries;
– Collaborating with Tech Support to provide timely solutions to users;
– Collecting customer reviews to boost app ratings and improve service.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
– Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar position
– Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 equivalent;
– Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and pursue self-directed learning;
– Experience in e-commerce and basic IT knowledge are advantages.
