  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, all stages from Lead Generation -> Deal Won;
  • Manage and track client outreach (using CRM);
  • Strategize innovative and proactive ways to reach new clients;
  • Nurture and drive success for agency clients (Customer Success);
  • Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team;
  • Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service.


  • Have a bachelor’s degree or over;
  • Having at least 1.5 years of experience in Sales;
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: ~ Ielts 7.0;
  • Strong Sales skills and experience (Solution selling, SPIN, and Sandler methodologies);
  • Self-study, independent work 
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset;
  • Experience in sales B2B/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce global is an advantage.


  • Income: Basic Salary: 12.000.000 – 18.000.000 VND/month (KPI) + Bonus + Commissions + Allowance
