  • Work with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure partners have everything they need to resell successfully
  • Proactively cultivate good relations with tech partners, motivate and support partners to reach the agreed sales target/milestone;
  • Draft up contracts, and build up operational processes relating to partners;
  • Check & verify sales results; take part in preparing commission payment documents for partners;
  • Preparing demos, virtual presentations, or in-person presentations to potential partners
  • Create collaborative marketing activities with partners like marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Conduct periodic business analyses, ensuring shortcomings and potential business opportunities are clearly identified. Besides, the right action plan must be implemented to optimize business performance.


  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant positions.
  • 2 years of experience in eCommerce or software outsourcing services or SaaS is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills;
  • Result-oriented. Strong commitment and ownership towards goals or targets assigned
  •  Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


  • Income: Basic Salary: 12.000.000 – 15.000.000 VND/month + Bonus KPI + Allowance;
  • Work with global brands with global standards;
  • Computers are available, or a depreciation cost of VND200,000 is provided for a personal laptop /month. The monthly parking fee is covered;
  • Bonus for Tet holidays, 13th-month salary, and good performance;
  • Receive a satisfactory salary based on actual working performance. Flexible pay rises for good working results;
