II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, manage, optimize campaigns on a daily basis on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads and other channels as required to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across these channels.
• Keep track and analyse analytics (impressions, CTR, CPA, CPC…) to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate, optimisation tactics to achieve KPI
• Create/ optimise creatives (banner, video, landing page…) according to channels & campaigns.
• Update Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing and GA4, GSC… algorithm to optimize ads and analyze data timely.
• Daily follow and analyse rivalries’ activities on all ads’ channels, then proactively adjust the campaign.

• Create weekly and monthly reports.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• Essential knowledge and practical skills in Google Ads (both Search and Display) and Facebook Ads. 
• Essential knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize…
• Knowledge of the eCommerce industry is preferred. 
• Having at lease 6 months experience in equivalent positions. 
• Having good command of English, especially in writing and reading (IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800 above would be an advantage) .
• Have a customer-centric mindset and act with a sense of urgency. 
• Strong research & analytical skills, critical thinking, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and responsibility. 
• Respect and follow the regulations on deadlines, reporting etc.
