II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute SEO strategies in conjunction with company’s overall goals and objectives; 
• Optimize website content, landing page, and advertising content for better website’s conversion rates and user experience;
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes; 
• Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g: Link-building);
• Identify trends and audience insights, optimize budget and performance based on the insights;
• Survey and analyze the market, analyze competitors and implement new customer acquisition and retention methods;
• Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations;
• Develop, optimise and expand advertising activities on digital channels;
• Collect data and report on SEO aspects (traffic, ranking, CTR, etc.) and paid advertising;
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
• Conduct team training sessions for team members each month/quarter;
• Coordinate with the Design team, Communication Team, Business Development Team to optimise campaigns.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience or 1 year in a similar role; 
• Proven experience across content marketing, SEO, SEM, Google ads, Facebook ads;
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
• Visionary, data-driven with a growth mindset;
• Experience in technology or e-commerce industry especially in the global market (US, Europe) is a plus;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• High command in English (Reading & Listening).

IV/ BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: 20.000.000 – 25.000.000 VND/month;
• Receive a satisfactory salary based on actual working performance. Flexible pay rises for good working results.
• Computers are available or a depreciation cost of VND200,000 is provided for a personal laptop / month. Monthly parking fee is covered;
