RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote, and sell Litos.io services;
- Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate the market effectively;
- Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts;
- Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs;
- Reach out to customer leads generated by the inside sales team or from marketing activities.
- Achieve agreed sales targets;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

REQUIREMENTS
- Holds University/ College Degree in Business Management or a related field;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in sales at software outsourcing companies in international markets;
- Fluent in English: 6.5 IELTS or equivalent;
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, proficiency in operations, and exceptional problem-solving skills;
- Processes’ ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus, and drive the implementation of related changes.
- Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
