SALES B2B EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote, and sell Litos.io services;
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate the market effectively;
  • Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts;
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs;
  • Reach out to customer leads generated by the inside sales team or from marketing activities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets;
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Holds University/ College Degree in Business Management or a related field;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in  sales at software outsourcing companies in international markets;
  • Fluent in English: 6.5 IELTS or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, proficiency in operations, and exceptional problem-solving skills;
  • Processes’ ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus, and drive the implementation of related changes.
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
