RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introduce and offer the company’s services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services’ quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team
- Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team
- Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service
- Follow potential customers after live chat via email
- Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or Toeic 750.
- Have good communication skill.
- Self-study, independent work, and good teamwork skills.
- Experience in sales/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce is an advantage.
