RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and develop the company’s recruitment brand.
- Make a recruitment plan for the month, quarter and year to meet the Human Resource needs’ department. Conduct job creation and recruitment of candidates.
- Execute job postings on websites, social networks, forums… to select candidates, searching and screening resumes, arranging interviews, inviting candidates, welcoming candidates and exchanging labor agreements.
- Manage data systems related to candidates (personal information of candidates, status etc.)
- Participate in periodic IT human resource market research and evaluation activities along with the team to make proposals to change the salary structure and organizational structure of the company.
- Check and improve the company’s recruitment process
- Make report of the performance metrics of the recruitment segment
- Support HRM to build a training system, capacity management system – performance management in the company.
- Coordinate implementation of internal communication activities

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University majoring in Human Resources or related field.
- Have > 1 year of experience in equivalent position, have experience in IT recruitment is a plus
- Have experience in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Being able to write content and using tools like Canva, Photoshop is a plus, promoting and communicating employer brand skills
- Good at MS office, communication and persuasion skills
- Eager to learn about recruitment strategies, HR trends and HR knowledge in general
- Positive attitude, service mindset, customer oriented, hunter mentality and a team-player
