II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve technical issues that customers encounter when using LitCommerce.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department to analyze and provide the best customer solutions.
- Participate in the research and development of the LitCommerce system.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 6 months of experience in using Python.
- Graduated from a University majoring in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field and know Python language.
- Experience in Django, Flask, API, and NoSQL (MongoDB) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in GIT.
- Have a good command of English: Reading and Writing skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms) is a plus.
