Keeping the Flame of Trust Alive – A Quiet Journey in Tech Support
📌 Humans of LitGroup | Core Value: Trustworthy
“Being trustworthy isn’t something that comes easily with words — it’s a journey built through time, consistency, and the smallest yet most persistent actions.”
At LitGroup, we believe that every great value begins with the smallest things. In our journey toward sustainable growth, Trustworthy is one of our core values — a “light that never goes out,” kept alive by the daily actions of every member.
And today, we want to share with you a story — not dramatic, not flashy — but one that quietly reflects what it truly means to be a trustworthy person at work: the story of Hoang Anh, a member of our Technical team.
🌱 Starting with the smallest things: Responsibility
Amid the fast-paced rhythm of a tech company, Tech Support is the team that silently keeps every process running smoothly — like the sturdy engine behind the scenes, pushing the whole system forward. They are the ones who ensure the “machine” hums quietly: assisting users with every minor issue, fixing unexpected bugs, and making sure the customer experience remains seamless — even for a moment.
In that role, Hoàng Anh chooses to build trust in a quiet, persistent way.
“To me, being trustworthy doesn’t mean doing something big. Sometimes, it’s just about making sure no one has to worry about my part of the job — that’s enough.”
From the care in each email response, the readiness to jump in after hours when customers run into urgent issues, to the habit of always keeping promises — even the small ones — all of this forms the picture of a steady teammate, someone you can count on.
🤝 Earning trust from people you’ve never met
Tech Support doesn’t always interact directly with customers. Most communication happens online — through written messages and systems. There’s no eye contact, no smile, no body language to convey good will. Everything relies on how well and how quickly the issue is handled.
“Many of the customers I support — I’ve never met them, I don’t even know their real names. But they still trust me with their cases. And my job is to return that trust — through action, and through handling things the best and fastest way I can.”
At a deeper level, being trustworthy isn’t just about finishing tasks — it’s about keeping your word to people you’ve never even met.
👥 Trust within the team – A quiet commitment
Trust is also something nurtured internally — between colleagues.
Hoang Anh isn’t the loudest in the room, but he’s always the first person teammates think of when there’s a technical emergency, or simply when someone reliable is needed.
“I don’t need to be the most outstanding one in the team — but I want to be the one my team can count on. Always.”
At LitGroup, we call this an unspoken promise among teammates — where trust doesn’t come from KPIs, but from how you show up every day.
🌟 Trustworthy – Not a title, but a way of being
Being trustworthy isn’t a badge you wear. It’s the choice to do the right thing — even when no one asks. It’s the alignment between what you say and what you do, between what you commit and what you deliver.
On our journey to grow and preserve our company culture, LitGroup is lucky to have people like Hoang Anh — those who keep the fire of trust burning, quietly but steadfastly, consistently and wholeheartedly.
Because in the end, a business can be built on ideas, products, and strategies — but it can only last when it’s anchored by trust.
