ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, all stages from Lead Generation -> Deal Won;
- Manage and track client outreach (using CRM);
- Strategize innovative and proactive ways to reach new clients;
- Nurture and drive success for agency clients (Customer Success);
- Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team;
- Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a bachelor’s degree or over;
- Having at least 1.5 years of experience in Sales;
- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: ~ Ielts 7.0;
- Strong Sales skills and experience (Solution selling, SPIN, and Sandler methodologies);
- Self-study, independent work
- Strong customer-oriented mindset;
- Experience in sales B2B/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce global is an advantage.
