Working time: from Monday to Saturday Morning

II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, all stages from Lead Generation -> Deal Won;
- Communicate with current B2B clients (email, chat, call)
- Manage and track client outreach (using CRM) & report to manager.
- Receive client requests (migration services, customization), clarify requirements, and translate them into clear tasks/briefs for the in-house team.
- Strategize innovative and proactive ways to outreach new clients (utilize existing data/tools, etc)
- Prepare project documents such as:
- proposals/quotations,
- SOW (Statement of Work),
- invoices,
- and follow-up items needed to kick off projects.
- Cooperate with the technical support team to:
- assess feasibility;
- estimate effort (hours);
- propose solution direction;
- confirm scope and deliverables;
- identify, report, and resolve technical problems arising when customers use the service;
- Track project progress at a high level (scope, timeline, revisions) and ensure smooth handover/communication between client ↔ internal team.
- Follow up on approvals and payments (deposit/milestones), and support clients through change requests (if any).
- Nurture and drive success for B2B clients (Customer Success) to build a long term relationship.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- Have a bachelor’s degree or over;
- At least 6 months of experience in a client-facing role such as: Sales, Account Management, B2B Support, Customer Success.
- Proficient in English skills;
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible, with a proactive and persistent approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines and effectively nurture B2B clients.
- Experience in sales B2B/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce global is an advantage;
